General Terms & Conditions – Battle Racing Summer Passes​

1. Validity

  • Each Summer Pass is valid for 30 consecutive calendar days from purchase.

  • The pass is only valid from Monday to Friday. Not applicable on weekends or national holidays.

  • Expired passes cannot be extended, paused, or reactivated.

2. Availability

  • All activities and races are subject to daily availability and venue capacity.

  • Walk-ins are accepted.

3. identification & access

  • Passes are non-transferable. Names must be provided upon purchase for any fixed participants.

  • Valid photo ID may be required at check-in to verify identity.

  • The person registered as fixed must always be present (when applicable to the pass type).

  • Accompanying guests (if allowed) must enter with the main pass holder.

  • 4. Add-On Players

  • Discounts on a third/additional player are available depending on the pass purchased.

  • These discounts apply only when accompanying the pass holder during an active session.

5. Usage Rules

  • Passes are meant for recreational use only and must be used responsibly.

  • All users must adhere to safety guidelines and staff instructions at all times.

  • Inappropriate behavior or failure to follow rules may result in immediate suspension of the pass without refund.

6. Refund Policy

  • Passes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for unused days or missed bookings.

7. Modifications

  • Battle Racing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel pass offerings or conditions at any time due to operational or external circumstances.

  • Any updates will be communicated via our official channels in advance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please note that the impact from the gel ammo causes only a mild sensation, rated 4 out of 10 on the pain scale. While not mandatory, we recommend wearing a hoodie and pants especially for individuals with sensitive skin for added comfort and protection.

If you are unsure whether you or your child would like to participate, we highly recommend trying it on-site before committing, as we do not offer refunds for this activity.
