Battle Racing Refund Policy

Please note that Battle Racing does not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with the track or the racing experience. Our experiences are crafted for entertainment, not for professional racers or those seeking traditional karting experiences

Ticket Information: Tickets purchased at Battle Racing are transferable and do not expire. This flexibility allows you to use your tickets later or pass them on to someone else if you cannot attend.

Policy Restrictions: This policy applies to online purchases, on-site tickets paid in card or cash, and on-site purchases like gel blasters and professional simulators, among others. Please note that this policy does not cover event and party packages.

On-Site Staff Authority: Please be aware that our on-site staff is not authorized to process refunds.

No Cash Refund Policy: Please be advised that Battle Racing does not issue cash refunds under any circumstances. 

 

No Refund on Taxes and Transaction Costs: Battle Racing does not refund taxes, transaction costs, or other fees associated with your purchase, regardless of the payment method used, whether card or cash.​

​Can I split the tickets?​​

When purchasing a bundle of tickets at Battle Racing, please note that all tickets within the bundle must be used simultaneously. Splitting the tickets for use across different sessions or dates is impossible. This ensures that all participants enjoy a coordinated and fully immersive racing experience together.
