Refund Policy

Can I cancel my tickets and get a refund?

For Battle Racing's refund policy, customers may request a refund within 72 hours after purchasing a ticket, only if they cannot attend the event for specific reasons such as unexpected travel plan changes. Furthermore, tickets never expire and can be used at any time, offering flexibility. Tickets are also transferable, allowing buyers to pass their ticket to someone else. This policy ensures a flexible and considerate customer experience, in line with the dynamic and exciting nature of kart racing that Battle Racing offers.

This policy applies to both online ticket purchases and tickets paid for in cash. It does not apply to event and party packages, add-ons, or any other purchases made either online or onsite through the website.

What if I don't use all of my tickets?
​
If a customer purchases a package of 4, 6, 12, or 20 tickets but wishes to use only part of them, such as 2 or 4 tickets, they must notify Battle Racing in person before using them to activate the split tickets function. This policy, including the split tickets function, is subject to in-person review at Battle Racing.
